Our half marathon in the Coromandel Peninsula

We did about a 20+k hike in the Coromandel Peninsula, and it was incredible.  We’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

It was very rainy when we started

Hiking up toward bluer skies

View over the bay

Poley’s Bay, one stop during the hike

Beautiful coastal views the entire way

We just can’t get enough

We’re getting closer!

One of the many waterfalls along the trail

View of the Stony Bay, we’re almost there!

Heading back through green pastures and blue skies!

Sheep! They’re everywhere!

That Poley’s Bay rock/shore pic is a framer for sure! How do I like Hannah’s note? Can Ian and Jonah start a spin-off blog?

Ian: I want to go there and play with them and bring our sand toys. We’ll dig a very big hole & build a sand castle… [Had to cut him off, but he’s still saying what he wants to do]
